Having one or more physicians on-site at all times means we are never more than a few minutes away. In case of emergencies or changes in your condition, you can be assured a physician will be close by to respond quickly. You will have your own team of hospital-based providers, who will see you on a daily basis, modify your medication regimen if necessary and order appropriate tests or procedures. If a consultation with another specialist is required, this will be arranged by the team. We will also keep your primary care physician updated as to your status. Upon discharge, written information will be forwarded to your physician's office so he/she will have a record of your care and treatment during your hospitalization in order to resume your medical care.
