Rural Family Medicine Position in Kane, Pennsylvania
Kane Community Hospital in Kane, Pennsylvania has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician to join one of our hospital-based practices. The current physician is planning to retire after 15 years in his current practice. He has offered to remain in the practice during the transition of new physician. The KCH health network includes clinics in six communities: Johnsonburg, Kane, Mt. Jewett, Ridgway and Sheffield. This practice has two locations, one in Kane and the other in Sheffield which are 16 miles apart. Currently, the physician spends 2 days in Kane and 2 days in the Sheffield office. The Nurse Practitioner also spends 2 days at each office opposite the physician.
- Call is shared with 7 other Primary Care Physicians in the area
- Admissions are all at Kane Community Hospital. Inpatients range from 0-5 per day.
- Customer service, consistent high-quality care and unexpected efficiency in a friendly atmosphere are the operating principles of this practice.
- Practice also includes a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
- KCH's active and consulting medical staff and services provide a broad base of primary care and specialties including: cardiology, community wellness, emergency medicine, family medicine, gynecology, home health care, internal medicine, occupational medicine, urology, oncology/outpatient chemotherapy, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain medicine, pathology, podiatric medicine, radiology, rehabilitation services and surgery.
