I would like to introduce you to an opportunity to practice Cardiology in Northwestern Pennsylvania with our full-service cardiology group, Medicor Associates, Inc. in exclusive partnership with Elk Regional Health Center in Saint Mary's, Pennsylvania. Medicor is a private group of 16 Board Certified Cardiologists providing care for the residents of this Tri-State region (Northwestern Pennsylvania, Western New York, Northeastern Ohio). Elk Regional Health Center is a partner with Medicor and the UPMC Hamot Heart Institute and is looking to recruit a Non-invasive/Invasive Cardiologist in further developing cardiology services Elk Regional Health Center.

• Elk Regional Health Center is an 80-bed fully accredited not-for-profit general acute care hospital and with a long-term care facility that serves the health care needs of the residents of Elk and Cameron Counties and the surrounding communities. 

• Elk Regional Health Center's has an active medical staff of 61 physicians.

As a physician at Elk Regional Health Center you will have a full and diverse practice, including non-invasive and invasive work in the hospital, and regular office hours.  There is also opportunity for reading echos, ultrasound, nuclear and peripheral vascular studies.

The ideal candidate is a fellowship-trained board certified non-invasive/invasive, non-interventional cardiologist with demonstrated leadership experience. The candidate will possess skills in clinical cardiology, non-invasive cardiology and diagnostic catheterization. In addition to a guaranteed base salary, we offer benefits which include: malpractice insurance, 4 weeks vacation, 2 weeks CME, 7 holidays, medical and dental coverage, pension plan, long-term disability and group life insurance, as well as interview and relocation expenses.
