Jason N. Roeback, MHA
Senior Vice President, UPMC Hamot &President, Regional Health Services
Jason N. Roeback, MHA, is senior vice president and president of Regional Health Services (RHS) for UPMC Hamot.
In this role, Mr. Roeback has corporate responsibility for all the RHS cost centers to include more than 174 UPMC Hamot-employed physicians in 18 specialties, the UPMC Hamot Imaging Centers, TRAC centers, and the Center for Healthy Living. He also oversees and manages all physician recruitment and contracting services.
Mr. Roeback brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in health care management, including hospital, outpatient, and physician practice management. He has served as the chief executive officer for acute care hospitals in Florida, Arizona, and Kentucky and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his professional achievements.
Mr. Roeback received his bachelor's degree in health administration from the University of Kentucky and his master's degree in health administration from Penn State University. He also served as a fiscal and administrative officer in the U.S. Navy while at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. He and his wife, Jenny Roeback, are Erie natives and have five children.
